- Two to three years’ experience, preferably in an office environment
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Manage Reception by kindly greeting guests and providing general support to visitors
- Effectively communicate by email, telephone, and written correspondence any information pertaining to the office
- Manage incoming mail by opening, scanning, and distributing appropriately, and process outgoing mail as needed
- Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed
- Monitor office and café supply and fulfill supply orders as needed
- Assist with conference room reservations and the upkeep of conference rooms and common spaces
- Point of contact for all office vendors (copier, shredding, coffee/water maintenance scheduling, IT inspections, etc.)
- Meeting coordination
- Coordinate catering orders and support the planning of on-site meetings
- Coordination of office activities/events
- Assist with office communications
- Support Administration with other duties as assigned
- Positive helpful attitude towards visitors and employees
- Attention to keeping office space neat, organized and well stocked
- Knowledge of computer software packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and motivated to learn
- Diplomatic problem solver and results-driven
- Written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
- Knowledge of office procedures, practices, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and in stressful situations
- Ability to multitask
