The Global Beauty Marketing team plays a critical role in shaping the future of Amway's skincare portfolio. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the early stages of product innovation, where consumer insights directly influence the products that ultimately reach the market.

As part of the team, you'll work on initiatives supporting the next generation of Artistry skincare innovations. You'll help uncover emerging consumer needs, explore beauty and skincare trends, and contribute to the development of product concepts, benefit platforms, and claims that bring new products to life. Interns have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on innovation projects during a pivotal stage of the product development process.

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:

As a Global Beauty Marketing Intern, you will support the restage of the Artistry General & Hydration portfolio by helping develop consumer-centric product concepts and compelling claim platforms for future skincare innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify emerging beauty trends, evolving consumer needs, and competitive product positioning, with a particular focus on younger consumers.
• Analyze consumer and market insights to help develop differentiated product profiles, benefit architectures, and consumer-facing claims.
• Partner with Global Brand Management and Research & Development teams throughout the early-stage innovation process.
• Contribute recommendations that help strengthen the competitiveness and relevance of Amway's skincare portfolio.
• Support strategic projects aimed at attracting the next generation of beauty consumers to the Artistry brand.

The intern will help shape product concepts and science-backed claim platforms designed to resonate with younger skincare consumers. Their work will directly contribute to innovation efforts that support future portfolio growth and consumer engagement.

Example #1 - Consumer Trend & Insights Analysis

• Research emerging beauty, skincare, and wellness trends among younger consumers and translate findings into actionable recommendations for future product innovation opportunities.
  
  

Example #2 - Product Profile Development

• Assist in developing consumer-focused product profiles, including key benefits, target consumer personas, and positioning recommendations for future skincare launches.
  
  

Example #3 - Claims & Competitive Landscape Assessment

• Evaluate competitor products, marketing claims, and market positioning to help identify opportunities for differentiation within the Artistry portfolio.

Academic Eligibility: Undergraduate students who will have completed their junior or senior year by the start of the internship and will remain academically active through the internship, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2028.

Your pay rate within the posted range will be based on your completed class year at the start of the internship program. Amway’s recruiting team will confirm your applicable rate during the recruitment process.
