What We’re Looking For
The Digital Operations Associate supports the efficient delivery, optimization, and governance of the marketing digital portfolio. This role ensures day to day management of selected key digital products or capabilities will a level of supervision that they would be responsible for enabling superior ABO & customer experiences, data accuracy, and operational excellence.
You will partner closely with Other Marketing Disciplines Like Digital Marketing, Brand Management, adjacent functions like Technology, Finance, Legal, and Market teams to ensure that the products or capabilities you responsible for scale efficiently and deliver measurable value.
This role requires effective cross-functional collaboration, along with the ability to influence others. You will be joining a global team of marketing and technology professionals working to make Amway’s digital experiences connected, scalable, and impactful.
In this position, you can expect occasional travel and flexible scheduling to collaborate with global teams across time zones.
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in digital marketing or operations, marketing technology, or digital transformation within an organization.
Develop a level of proficiency in understanding marketing technology ecosystems (i.e. CMS, or AI platforms)
Good communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Skills To Be Successful In The Role
Good collaboration and partnership mindset to align priorities across Marketing, Technology, and Markets
Ability to manage day-to-day of a product or set of capabilities with a level of supervision.
A data-informed mindset with the ability to translate operational metrics into business insights
