We are looking for a Client Success Representative (CSR) to be based at our Avondale, AZ location reporting to the Client Success Executive. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the face and voice of Amware Logistics' customers and clients.
Job Summary
This CSR position is not inside sales or call center driven, but works in 3PL and/or Fulfillment environment.

The CSR is expected to be available to support inbound customers/clients/drivers service requests by being available in appropriate phone queues. CSRs will reach out to schedule and support all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for delivery time by providing timely customer contacts via a variety of communication channels to meet the needs of our clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customers’ order process and ensure orders are entered, filled, and shipped accurately and timely.
- Monitor delivery schedules, routes, etc. to ensure compliance with agreed upon delivery windows. Proactively address all exceptions in order to facilitate flow of product to end user customer/consumers.
- Work with the Facility Manager and operations staff throughout the order process to identify any potential issues or concerns with customers’ orders
- Learn and be able to work efficiently in our proprietary Warehouse Management System to ensure that customers’ inventory is managed properly.
- Communicate with customers to provide accurate account information, including the status of orders, inventory, and other routine inquiries.
- Responsible for weekly and month-end billing and any billing-related questions from customers.
- Learn and understand Standard Operating Procedures for all account-related activities.
- Manage and organize, input and update relevant data, including the creation of shipping documents, the entering of load receipts and all related functions using both internal and external computer applications to effectively service the customer and maintain up-to-date, accurate records and inventories.
- Organization and filing of all customer order and shipping documents.
- Other duties as need.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge Of:
- Business and financial implications of decisions that are made.
- Technical competence - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel; Warehouse management system; Outlook).
Skilled In:
- Excellent written and verbal communication with end users, customers, vendors and teammates, including senior management.
- High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
- Applying problem solving techniques and project management methods to maintain strong client relationships.
Ability To:
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information, and develop alternative solutions.
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs and meet commitments.
- Highly responsive to client requests.
- Communicate with clients, consumers, and all internal team members.
- Understand business and financial implications of decision.
- Align work with strategic goals.
Selective Preference:
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of Account Management or business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment.
