AMVETS National Service Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports American Veterans. AMVETS Thrift Store, located at 33 Midway Street in Bristol is currently seeking positive and motivated team members to aid in thrift store processes: cashier, driver, and general thrift store employees . Full and part-time positions are available, morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the stock room and production area.
- Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete any necessary documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and production area.
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
- Driver/clean driving record, current drivers license, and handling of merchandise
Hours and Compensation
Full time position.
