About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Title Closer to manage real estate closings from start to finish. Experience in title, escrow, real estate, or banking is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize closing documents
- Coordinate files with lenders, realtors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
- Review title commitments and assist in resolving routine issues
- Balance closing disclosures and collect required documentation
- Conduct closings and ensure accurate signing, recording, and funding
- Maintain excellent communication and service throughout the process
Qualifications
- Experience in title, escrow, real estate, or banking preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Team-oriented, professional, and dependable
