We are a leading global asset management company headquartered in Paris, France, and one of the largest asset management institutions in Europe.


We offer active and passive investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, alternative assets, and private capital, serving institutional clients, individuals, and wealth management channels.


We plan to open a branch office in Los Angeles in March 2026. Currently in the pre-construction phase, we are recruiting outstanding talent to join us and prepare for the company's official launch in the US market.

Job Summary


The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a core member of the company's management team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and is fully responsible for the company's day-to-day operations management. The COO's primary responsibilities are ensuring the efficient execution of company strategy, optimizing business processes, improving organizational operational efficiency, and driving the company's continued growth in performance, culture, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Execution and Operational Management


Develop and execute medium- to long-term operational plans based on the company's overall strategy.


Monitor the operational performance of each department to ensure goals are achieved.


Drive the standardization and systematization of business processes to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.


Team Management and Organizational Development


Establish an efficient management system and optimize the organizational structure.


Develop the middle and senior management team and promote cross-departmental collaboration.


Build a positive corporate culture and improve employee engagement and retention.


Business Growth and Performance Improvement


Analyze and optimize the business model to ensure the company's continued profitability and growth.


Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly review and adjust execution strategies.


Monitor financial health and collaborate with the finance department on budgeting and cost control.


Risk Management and Compliance Oversight


Identify and assess business risks, and establish a sound risk control system.


Ensure company operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.


External Relations and Strategic Cooperation


Represent the company in major business negotiations and cooperation projects.


Build and maintain good relationships with partners, investors, and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements


Educational Background:


Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.


MBA or EMBA degree preferred.


Work Experience:


Over 20 years of corporate management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operations management position.


Experience in cross-departmental leadership and strategic execution; familiar with corporate governance and process optimization.


Professional Skills:


Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making ability, and execution capabilities.


Excellent organizational management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.


Deep understanding of core business areas such as finance, marketing, and supply chain.


Overall Qualifications:


Results-oriented, with excellent business acumen and resilience under pressure.


High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility, with strong professional ethics.


Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
