The Operations Director is fully responsible for the planning, management, and continuous optimization of the company's operational system. II. Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement overall operational strategies, annual operational plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the company's strategic objectives.

Establish and continuously optimize the operational management system, process standards, and regulations to promote refined and scalable operations.

20 years of experience in operations or business management, including at least 5 years of mid-to-senior level operations management experience.
Proven ability to manage operations in complex business environments; experience managing multiple business lines or across different regions is a plus.
Excellent data analysis skills, capable of driving continuous improvement in operational performance through data.
