Job Summary
The Vice President of Corporate Development and Finance is a core leader in the company's strategy and capital operations, responsible for coordinating key matters such as corporate development, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital structure optimization. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO), supporting strategic decisions through financial insights and driving long-term growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Corporate Development
Participate in the formulation of the company's medium- and long-term strategic goals and business expansion plans;
Analyze the market environment, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide a basis for strategic investment decisions;
Lead research on strategic partnerships, alliances, and new business models.
Investment and M&A Management
Identify, evaluate, and execute potential M&A, divestiture, and investment opportunities;
Lead transaction structuring, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation processes;
Work closely with external advisors (investment banks, law firms, accounting firms) to ensure successful transaction completion;
Responsible for post-merger integration (PMI) management and value realization tracking.
Financial Strategy and Capital Operations
Optimize the company's capital structure, financing channels, and cash flow allocation;
Manage debt and equity financing activities, and coordinate relationships with banks, investors, and capital markets;
Evaluate and implement financial restructuring, equity incentive plans, and long-term capital strategies.
Financial Analysis and Decision Support
Build financial models to provide strategic decision-making support for the board of directors and management;
Analyze return on investment (ROI), capital expenditures (CapEx), and project profitability;
Supervise financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation to drive sustainable financial growth.
Team and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Lead the corporate development and investment team, enhancing their professional capabilities;
Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and human resources departments to ensure smooth project execution;
Represent the company in capital market and strategic cooperation negotiations.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred;
Over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or corporate finance;
Familiar with capital market operations, M&A transaction processes, and financial modeling;
Excellent strategic analysis, negotiation, and project management skills;
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills;
Fluent in English and able to work in an international environment.
