Job Description
Amun Deliveries Inc. is hiring reliable drivers with a valid TWIC Card to pick up freight from the Port of Norfolk and deliver throughout Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Drivers must be comfortable with long-distance travel, working independently, and handling time-sensitive freight.Drivers will pick up freight from ports, terminals, warehouses, and distribution centers and deliver shipments safely and on time. This position is ideal for individuals with logistics, delivery, port, or transportation experience who enjoy working independently.
Requirements
- Valid TWIC Card (Required)
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Smartphone with GPS
- Strong time-management skills
Preferred Experience
- Port pickup and container terminal experience
- Cargo van, box truck, courier, or delivery experience
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Familiarity with Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania routes
Responsibilities
- Pick up freight from ports and terminals
- Verify shipping paperwork
- Safely transport cargo to delivery locations
- Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups and deliveries
- Maintain delivery records and proof of delivery
- Follow all safety and port security procedures
Pay
$150–$250 per day (depending on route volume and experience)
