Who is this Opportunity for?
We are looking for a sharp, detail oriented, finance lead to lead operations and finance. Individuals who are eager to embrace challenges, love autonomy, and want to work alongside a small and sharp team will thrive.
- 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or business operations in gaming
- Highly skilled at financial models, accounting, and data analysis
- ideally fluent in SQL and comfortable working with messy data
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
- Think critically and turn complexity into clarity
- Sweat the details and take pride in precision
- Highly feedback-oriented
- Proactive and thrives in autonomy
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Build models, track revenue metrics, and deliver actionable insights to the CEO
- Data-Driven Ops: Use SQL to dig into key business questions
- Finance & Accounting: Run accounting and maintain core financial statements
- Strategic Projects: Identify high-impact initiatives and fully own execution end to end
- Startup Swiss Army Knife: Open to wearing multiple hats and helping the team across functions like growth and client success
