Amulet Manufacturing Co., Inc., a manufacturer of attachments for heavy equipment, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Pay:
$17 – $19 per hour, depending on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet customers and vendors in a professional manner
- Prepare shipping paperwork for freight carriers
- Perform filing and general office organization
- Data entry and basic administrative support
- Assist customers with inquiries and order-related needs
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
