What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance position at Amtraco, Inc.?
We own commercial buildings in Southeast Wisconsin. We are seeking to add a full-time person to perform general maintenance at all of our locations. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Visit www.sbm-re.com to view our portfolio. This position is eligible for a build-out bonus on top of your compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Travel to various buildings to perform work
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Clean driving record
