Job Purpose:
To support the Service Delivery Director (SDD) with the management of assigned
Employed Field Team Auditors. To support the SDD in the management of the Employed Field Team and Subcontractor Audit Team.
Context:
The MA is accountable through the business cycle for:
1. Delivering audits in line with regulatory and company standards
2. Providing input to, and supporting the ongoing Field Team and Subcontractor training and development needs.
- Working with key internal stakeholders to meet customer and delivery expectations
- Delivery of Internal audits in line with the ANAB requirements across the Group
- Delivery of rolling moderations programme in line with ANAB requirements
Accountabilities:
Planning
· Support the SDD in the planning of field and subcontractor witness audits, ensuring business and individual team member objectives are met.
· Support the SDD in the planning of periodic reviews of the employed Field Team to ensure business and individual goals are met.
· Plan the delivery of training for employed and subcontract field audit team, to ensure the business has the capabilities to deliver against its budget
· Management of Associate Auditors
· Delivery of internal audits in line with ANAB Requirements
Delivery
· Delivery of Audits, to include Stage One, Stage 2, Surveillance and Re certification audits as determined by the business ensuring they are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and the business expectations
· Deliver Field Team and Subcontract Team witness audits
· schedule to support the ongoing development of the employed Field Team, Academy and the Subcontractor Team ensuring the business has the capabilities to deliver against its budget.
· Supporting the SDD in the delivery of regular Appraisals and CPD reviews with employed Field Team. Establishing further training requirements and reporting back to the SDD as required
· Support the Customer Services Account Managers with competent auditors in the delivery of Audits against the company targets
· Support Compliance on witnessed assessments where required.
Resourcing
· Periodically review the performance of the field team and provide feedback to the SDD raising any concerns or issues to ensure risks are mitigated and identify opportunities for improvement.
· To ensure budget requirements are managed in relation to:-
- Expenses
- Interviews
- Holidays
- Sickness
Reporting
· Ensure the timely delivery of audit reports in line with business targets.
· Conduct witness audits. Report feeding back to the SDD on the outcome of the audit and making recommendations as appropriate to ensure opportunities for improvement are identified.
· Success criteria:
· Delivering audits (Stage 1, Stage 2 Surveillance and Re certification) and moderated audits in line with the business goals and objectives
· Work with the SDD to ensure Field Team objectives are met enabling the business to deliver against its budget
· Supporting the SDD in the management of the Field Team and Subcontractor Team to ensure team members are supported, resolving issues and realising opportunities enabling the business to achieve its goals and objectives
· Support the Account Managers with competent auditors for service delivery
