Role: Workday Business Analyst
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite, Mon-Fri)
Duration: Contract to Hire (3 Months)
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience.
- Proven track record in a Workday deployment or large-scale system implementation (experience in HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Time & Absence preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-department technology projects.
- Strong foundational understanding of HR, Finance, and IT business processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage executive stakeholders and end-users.
- Ability to influence decisions, drive accountability, and successfully guide project teams.
- Must be able to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY (Monday–Friday).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with post-go-live Workday stabilization or enhancement cycles.
- Expertise in business process reengineering and workflow documentation.
- Technical comfort with advanced reporting, integrations, or data conversion is a significant plus.
