Talent Acquisition Consultant (SmartRecruiter experience)

Please note that this role is NOT a typical Recruiter role. The manager is looking for a techno-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) of SmartRecruiter.
Role:
- Techno-functional SME for "SmartRecruiter" ATS.
- They'll be gathering requirements, configuring capabilities, etc.
- Supporting "SmartRecruiter" (Client's ATS) system. It's a technical-functional position.
Required:
- 5 years of SmartRecruiter experience required.
- Must have experience with data integrations and SmartRecruiter.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have excellent communication skills as they'll be interacting heavily with different groups and leadership.
- Experience using ServiceNow (change requests), and JIRA (project planning, day to day tracking, etc.) are both required.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating SmartRecruiter with upstream/downstream systems is nice to have (third party vendor systems, Oracle DB, SNOW, etc.).
