Senior Lead Full Stack Web Developer with MERN Stack

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-stack development experience, strong technical leadership capabilities, and exposure to AI-powered application development.

This role requires hands-on coding, architecture design, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to define technical solutions and project roadmaps.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled features and intelligent automation initiatives when applicable.
• Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Full-stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• MongoDB
• Express.js
• React.js
• Node.js
• Extensive experience developing modern web applications and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with database design, optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with vector databases and AI model integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Exposure to machine learning workflows and MLOps practices.
• Previous experience in a Lead or Architect-level role.
