Overview
Seeking a senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to support a global implementation of Veeva RegulatoryOne. This person will serve as the primary liaison among regulatory business teams, IT, and Veeva’s implementation consultantstranslating business processes into functional requirements and guiding system configuration and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and process-mapping sessions with regulatory stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and configuration decisions.
- Serve as the functional owner and subject-matter expert for Veeva RegulatoryOne.
- Coordinate with Veeva consultants throughout implementation.
- Manage stakeholders, delivery quality, priorities, and product adoption.
- Support the transition from regional, spreadsheet-based processes to a centralized global platform.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Veeva RegulatoryOne.
- Strong senior Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering and process analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory product-registration processes and systems.
- Experience working between business, IT, and implementation partners.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- Product Owner or functional implementation leadership experience.
- PLM and/or QMS experience.
- Experience supporting global regulatory teams.
