Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Finance, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes: earnings, deductions, taxes, costing, retro-processing, and year-end activities.
- Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits).
- Hands-on experience with integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, Payroll Interface, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
