Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) Support Consultant with 5–8 years of overall experience, including 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Manhattan Active WM (Cloud).
The consultant will provide functional and operational support across multiple distribution centers, ensuring stable warehouse operations, scalable processes, and high service performance.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of overall IT experience, including 5 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM (Cloud)
- Strong production/application support experience
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle SQL
- Postman
- Manhattan Base Component APIs
- JSON
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and production stabilization
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end WMS processes
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and operational support for warehouse management processes.
- Apply strong expertise in warehouse operations and end-to-end WMS processes to address business and operational requirements.
- Use Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs, and JSON for troubleshooting, analysis, and integration validation.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis in high-availability environments.
- Support operational stabilization and ensure reliable application performance across distribution centers.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore support teams.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to resolve production issues and maintain service levels.

- Labeling and reporting frameworks
Additional Information
- Support is provided through an onsite-offshore team model.
- Work will be performed in 1st or 2nd shifts, aligned with EST or PST hours.
- This is an onsite role at the client's corporate office or distribution center, requiring 3–5 days per week onsite.
- No remote work or travel allowance.
