Amtex Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee operations across the San Antonio/Austin area. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, supporting District Managers, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple locations within the San Antonio/Austin region
- Recruit, screen, interview, and hire high-performing agents and team members
- Lead, coach, and develop District Managers to achieve sales and operational goals
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment with a strong focus on customer service
- Set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Create and manage weekly schedules for District Managers to ensure proper coverage
- Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and urgency
- Track regional performance metrics and implement strategies to drive results
- Identify growth opportunities, including new office locations and market expansion in the San Antonio area
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Insurance Producer License or Limited Lines License preferred
- 3 years of sales experience, including multi-location supervisory or management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet or exceed targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Non-Standard insurance
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends, with additional availability as business needs require
Work Environment
- In-person role, including both office and field-based responsibilities
- Regular travel within the San Antonio/Austin region
