Job Title : Solution Architect Expert (ServiceNow)

Duration : 6 Months

 

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governed adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across the enterprise. This role will develop scalable service-centric architectures, align platform teams to out-of-box standards, and drive cross-module value realization across CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, SPM/APM, and SACM.

 

Key Responsibilities

• CSDM & CMDB Architecture: Establish and maintain the enterprise CSDM blueprint, provide prescriptive service-modeling guidance, and champion configuration over customization.
• Service Modeling & Mapping: Lead the service mapping strategy to align Application Services and Technical CIs to CSDM.
• Portfolio & Product Alignment (SPM/APM): Integrate SPM and APM data models with CSDM to support enterprise portfolio insights.
• Data Governance & Quality: Define data ownership and governance practices, implementing quality controls and validation gates.
• Integration & Compliance: Architect integrations that support CMDB/CSDM data exchange and ensure alignment with standards and policies.
• Technical Leadership & Enablement: Serve as the Design Authority, create architecture artifacts, and mentor delivery teams.

 

Required Qualifications

• 10 years in enterprise architecture or platform engineering, including 5 years implementing CSDM and CMDB at scale.
• Demonstrated success delivering out-of-box ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, SPM/APM, and SACM.
• Deep expertise in Service Mapping, Discovery, CI class modeling, and data-quality automation.
• Strong background in integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub), data modeling, and governance processes.

 

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications (ITSM, SPM/APM, ITOM, CMDB/Discovery).
• CAD (Certified Application Developer); ITIL v4 Foundation.
