Job Description:

 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Banking Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic financial services team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with AFS Vision, strong knowledge of commercial loan processes, and an in-depth understanding of the banking domain. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts to analyze, document, and enhance banking solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Skills/Responsibilities:-

 

•             Analyze, document, and optimize business processes related to commercial lending and banking operations.

•             Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams for AFS Vision-related enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.

•             Gather and elicit business requirements for commercial loan products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

•             Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

•             Support the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial loan origination, servicing, and portfolio management processes.

•             Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities for new solutions and system changes.

•             Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend improvements and ensure best practices across banking operations.

•             Prepare process flows, use cases, and documentation to facilitate clear communication among stakeholders.

•             Provide subject matter expertise in banking operations, commercial lending, and AFS Vision platform functionalities.
