What You’ll Do as a Team Member:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing outstanding service
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right insurance coverage
- Clearly explain policy options, terms, and benefits in a way that’s easy to understand
- Interact with clients in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner
- Work alongside a team that supports each other and shares a common goal: helping people feel protected and cared for

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Confidence in assisting customers with policy questions, renewals, and updates
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
