At Amteck, we're creating a new role designed to strengthen support for our field employees and supervisors. As an Employee Support Partner, you'll serve as a trusted resource in the field—building relationships, gathering feedback, supporting supervisors, and helping employees connect with the resources they need.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new function within Amteck and make a direct impact on the employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with field employees and supervisors
- Travel to job sites and serve as a visible, approachable resource
- Support supervisors with reviews, feedback conversations, and employee development processes
- Facilitate new hire orientation and connect employees to available resources
- Gather employee feedback and share insights that help improve the employee experience
- Help ensure our people processes are executed consistently across job sites
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
- Desire to help employees and supervisors succeed
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
