Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner based in Phoenix/Tempe, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior HR Business Partner will oversee the design, implementation, and management of HR policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role includes providing strategic guidance on employee relations, spearheading performance management programs, and driving HR initiatives to support organizational goals. The individual will work closely with leadership to foster a positive and legally compliant workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and application of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Proficient in identifying, developing, and implementing workforce strategies aligned with company objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflict resolution effectively at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or HR certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior HR role is preferred
