Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Office 365, comfortable handling a multi-line phone system, and skilled in general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to clients, visitors, and staff
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with meeting coordination
Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and emails using Office 365
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks
Support various departments with administrative needs as assigned
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Experience handling multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
