What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Driver (Part-time) position at Amtec Staffing?
General Duties
- Properly store and deliver material and products such that their integrity and quality are maintained
- Timely receive and stage material as directed to ensure safe and easy access in the warehouse
- Timely distribute (and receive, as applicable) material to ensure consistent and efficient jobsite flows
- Coordinate deliveries to maximize efficiencies (jobsite, gas & mileage, freight forwarding),
- Picking up PO's from various vendors
- Operating warehouse forklift
- Adhering and completing applicable warehouse documents
- Conduct vehicle audits per IIPP to ensure safe working environment
- Write and respond to internal/external emails in a timely manner
- Able to drive large stake bed truck
- Obtain and maintain OSHA10 certification as applicable
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification as applicable
- Participate in weekly Ops meeting as directed
- Work closely with Field Personnel, Project Managers, Superintendents and Field Coordinator
- Timely provide any services as may be requested
- Participate in annual IIPP training and comply with company established safety guidelines
- The driver would need to be able to drive a large stakebed truck approximately 50-75% of the time. This is a company vehicle and would not be used as a personal vehicle.
- No Commercial drivers license needed, but a Department of Transportation (DOT) medical "health card" is required.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record report
Salary : $25 - $26
