MIG & TIG Welder
Location: Chatsworth, CA
- Schedule: Mon to Fri, 7 AM – 3:30 PM OT
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Length of assignment: Temp-to-Hire
- Rate: $23 - $28 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, welding symbols, and technical instructions.
- Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, fitting, and shaping components for welding.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and project specifications.
- Safely operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals and project deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of MIG welding experience
- 2 years of TIG welding experience
- Hands-on experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures
- Aerospace experience is a plus, but not required
- AWS, ASME, or other welding certifications are a plus, not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in environments that may involve heat and confined spaces
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
