E-Learning Content Implementation Specialist $50k-$60k Fort Worth, TX
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Learning Content Implementation Specialist to support our growing digital training platform. Remote position(with occasional on-site training support). Must be located in the Ft. Worth area. This role is focused on uploading and organizing course content into our LearnDash e-learning site. In addition to virtual work, this individual will also participate in on-site training sessions to assist with product demonstrations and content accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Upload, format, and organize learning materials (videos, quizzes, graphics, etc.) within the LearnDash LMS on WordPress
• Maintain consistency in visual and instructional design across all course content
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and the training team to translate product knowledge into digital learning modules
• Ensure all uploaded content is functioning properly (links, quizzes, videos, etc.) and troubleshoot any issues
• Assist in the creation and refinement of course structures, lesson plans, and completion paths
• Regularly review and update existing content for accuracy and improved learner experience
• Attend and support in-person product training events
• Provide feedback on improving training delivery through e-learning tools
Requirements
• Proven experience using LearnDash (or similar LMS platforms like Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.)
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic content management workflows• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with remote work, self-directed task management, and collaborative team tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
• Willingness to travel for short on-site sessions as needed (usually within a set region)
• Basic graphic or video editing experience is a plus (e.g., Canva, Camtasia, Premiere, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or course authoring tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline (nice to have)
• Background in adult learning theory or instructional design (nice to have)
• Knowledge of our industry or products (will be provided during training)
Travel expenses for on-site visits are covered.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
