PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITES
Following prescribed assembly methods and procedures, performs a variety of repetitive mechanical assembly, fitting, and alignment operations to produce Company products according to written and verbal instructions. Uses hand, bench, and power tools in the assembly process. Works under general supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES – Other Duties May Be Assigned

Uses hand, bench, and power tools in the assembly process. Works under general supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES – Other Duties May Be Assigned
- Assembles, fits, reworks, and aligns parts into Company products using assembly jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices in accordance with written (blueprints) or verbal instructions and following prescribed assembly methods and procedures.
- Operates drill presses, riveters, belt sanders, table grinders, staking, swedging, small stamping machines and spot welder.
- Visually inspects and checks alignment, contour, and functionality of parts using go-nogo gauges, calipers and indicators.
- Close out work order/s for parts and completed products using the company’s ERP system.
- Stamps numbers on parts.
- Fill and move order for next or final procurement process.
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.
- To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Requires close hand/eye coordination, high manual dexterity including rapid hand and finger movements, and simultaneous use of both hands.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and follow verbal instructions in English or Spanish.
- Must be able to operate pre-set drill presses. riveters, belt sanders, table grinders, staking, swedging and stamping machines.
- Work assignments are typically directed toward the more routine and repetitive assembly tasks.
- Works in a factory environment and is exposed to dirt, heat, grit, sparks, noise, fumes, and dust.
- Requires close hand/eye coordination, high manual dexterity.
Salary : $18 - $19
