Overview:We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrical Shifter to join our industrial team. In this role, you will execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak performance, supporting production plans and overall plant reliability. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during off-shifts.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and efficiently according to established procedures.Adhere to departmental safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in line with company policies.Perform all types of maintenance and repairs within your specialty: mechanical, electrical, welding, hydraulic, etc.Execute corrective maintenance to maximize equipment utilization and support preventive maintenance schedules.Conduct inspections and activities related to plant maintenance and asset conservation.Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, tables, and schematics to guide maintenance work.Support reliability technical teams and contract vendors in completing assigned projects.Ensure resources (spare parts, materials, labor, and equipment) are available to complete work assignments.Report detailed and accurate information on delays, failures, incidents, and safety concerns to Maintenance Supervisors or Leaders.Generate work orders for all maintenance emergencies and unscheduled tasks within your shift.Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of two years of technical school in electrical or electronic technology.3–5 years of industrial electrical technician experience preferred.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to work independently and problem-solve during off-shifts.Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.Why Join Our Team:Work in a dynamic industrial environment with hands-on technical challenges.Play a critical role in ensuring smooth production operations and equipment reliability.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Collaborate with a team of experienced technicians in a safety-focused culture.Ready to Apply?If you have a passion for industrial maintenance and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!Company DescriptionWe're not just a staffing company - we're a people company.
