JANITOR
Location: Pine Ave. Chino Hills 91709
ABOUT THE JOB (Please read carefully)
- Work is 5-6 hours per day, 2 times days a week
- (TUESDAYS ARE A MUST -- the other day can be Thursday, or Friday, or Saturday)
- Starting Pay: $20.00/hour, with the potential to increase to $22.00/hour after a few months based on reliable performance and attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Suite Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of multiple office suites.
- Floor Care: Vacuuming all carpeted areas and mopping hard surface floors.
- Waste Management: Emptying all trash and recycling bins and replacing liners.
- Restroom Sanitation: Cleaning and disinfecting common area restrooms to high standards.
- Building Security: Ensuring all suites are locked and the building is secure upon departure.
