Key Responsibilities:
- Enter medical data from one system into another with accuracy
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general clerical and front-office duties
- Support the center team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Professional and friendly communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Interest in learning about the medical field (a plus!)
