What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook Shug Jordan Location position at Amsterdam Cafe Shug Jordan Location?
We are looking for new and/or experienced cooks to work in our kitchen, we are looking to fill several positions, will need to be able to work weekends. We are looking for someone that can follow direction as well as produce consistent, quality plates of food. We look forward to hearing from you!
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
