Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily purchasing and ensure supply continuity
- Lead category strategy, cost optimization, and contract governance
- Build and manage supplier relationships; drive performance and negotiations
- Identify and mitigate supply risks
- Coach and develop a small procurement team
- Experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills
- Manufacturing or chemicals industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with ISM or CIPS methodologies a plus
- Leadership experience required
