Customer Experience Representative

In this role, you will manage and respond to customer inquiries, process and track orders in HubSpot, coordinate returns, and ensure every interaction is handled accurately, with urgency, and with care. To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required), with 3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or marketing, ideally within medical devices or healthcare products.
- Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with EDI order processing and international shipping practices.
- Polished written and verbal communication abilities, including professional phone etiquette, clear customer correspondence, and effective interpersonal interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy under pressure, meet deadlines, and apply sound judgment to resolve issues efficiently.
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility, with the capacity to adjust work hours and support occasional overtime as business needs require.
Your responsibilities as the Customer Experience Representative will include:
- Process all inbound orders, including verifying pricing, order requirements, approvals, licenses, and freight terms, and communicate any additional charges, backorders, or product alternatives as needed.
- Track, update, and resolve all customer cases and tickets in HubSpot within required timelines, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, and service needs while delivering a high-quality customer experience across all interactions.
- Work closely with Sales and Warehouse Operations to communicate order details, resolve issues, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Follow Amsino Quality Management System policies and regulatory requirements, balance company policy with customer needs, escalate issues when appropriate, and perform other related duties as assigned.
