Day Shift Production Supervisor – Window Manufacturing
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:45am–2:15pm (Overtime & some Saturdays as needed)
Pay Range: $28–$38 per hour DOE
A locally owned and operated window manufacturing company with over 400 employees is seeking a Day Shift Production Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop production team leads and employees.
- Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment while ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor daily production flow and make adjustments to meet goals and deadlines.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts in a fair, professional manner.
- Engage team members in auditing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
- Work on the production floor throughout the shift—this is an active, on-your-feet role in a high-energy environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college or related training preferred.
- 3–5 years of production supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
