What You Will Do
- Answer calls and emails from travellers whose plans just changed, and get them sorted
- Enter booking and billing details accurately into our systems
- Keep a shared inbox moving and flag anything that needs a senior agent
- Catch the small errors (a wrong confirmation number, a mismatched date) before they become expensive ones
- Have worked a busy front desk, call centre, retail counter, pharmacy, bank window, dispatch board or campus office
- Are comfortable on the phone, including with people who are stressed
- Pick up new software quickly and stay accurate when it gets busy
- Can commit to the same days and hours every week

Pay and schedule
- $18.00 per hour to start, $20.00 per hour after 90 days
- Part-time, fixed weekly schedule, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- On-site at our Wayne, New Jersey office
