Position Type: Part-time - Monday and Friday only

As a Maintenance Technician your average day will Include:
- The Maintenance Tech will also assist with grounds maintenance of all Association common areas as needed.
- Maintain a log of daily activity and action items for following shift then Review action items from previous shift.
- Inspect condition of pool /spa /chemicals of pool / inside gated area.
- Inspect clubhouse clean disinfect tables counters gym equipment and restrooms.
- Inspect Gym Equipment for maintenance/damage.
- Inspect clubhouse building siding screens, garage doors, beams, lighting interior and exterior.
- Maintain cleanliness of inside and outside of clubhouse.
- Inspect Fencing throughout the community.
- The Maintenance Tech must maintain a positive relationship with all owners, guests, Association personnel, and fellow associates to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inspect building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts the Association Business Manager to any items that need to be repaired in a timely manner.
- Communicate with Director of Maintenance and Association Business Manager regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
- Pressure washing.
- Touch up paint as needed.
- All employees are expected to perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualification but not specifically described.
