If you’re skilled in direct sourcing, stakeholder relationship management, and recruiting in fast-paced environments, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and staffing suppliers to deliver talent solutions under tight deadlines. You'll build strong relationships, drive direct sourcing efforts, manage multiple requisitions, and act as a trusted recruiting partner while ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Key Accountabilities:
What you'll do:
- Apply your direct sourcing and recruiting expertise to identify and engage top talent while delivering qualified candidates within tight hiring timelines.
- Use your relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to partner closely with hiring managers and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal recruiting teams to successfully fill open requisitions and meet business objectives.
- Contribute to successful hiring outcomes by managing multiple requisitions, conducting intake discussions, and driving recruiting strategies.
- Drive improvements in talent delivery and recruitment efficiency through strong communication, proactive sourcing, and effective supplier engagement.
Skills & Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruiting.
- Strength in stakeholder relationship management, including partnering with hiring managers and staffing vendors.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruiting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing or recruiting environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering results within aggressive timelines.
- Strength in vendor/supplier management and white-glove client service.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working within an MSP, contingent workforce, or supplier-managed recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with high-volume recruiting and workforce solutions programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred industry is Telecommunications and Media & Entertainment

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 55,600k - 81,500k USD, plus applicable benefits.
This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
