The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Coordinator - Early Careers & Campus who enjoys learning and values teamwork.
The coordinators are key essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators aim to find the best talent in the market.
Reports To: Team Lead – EC&C or Lead Coordinator – EC&C
Key Accountabilities
- Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding.
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
Must haves:
- Experience in recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview scheduling, ATS updates, and onboarding support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently, follow established processes, and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive approach to handling queries and supporting continuous improvement.
- Good time‑management skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in an RPO, Talent Acquisition coordination, or HR administrative role.
- Familiarity with pre‑employment screening and vendor coordination.
- Experience working with multiple ATS or HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills for supporting reporting activities.
- Additional language skills.

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 41,990 to 55,300 USD, plus applicable benefits.
