The Role:

Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.

Talent Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager. A Principal Sourcing Specialist is a true subject matter expert in recruitment and sourcing and will confidently partner with senior stakeholders to understand even the most complex hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies which focus on finding and engaging passive talent across specialist disciplines.

Key Accountabilities:

• Offers accepted by candidates each month
• Candidate conversion rates (e.g., ratio of candidates provided to a Hiring Manager to those offered an interview)
• Experience sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, ATS systems (Workday, Avature, etc.), Boolean search expertise
• Knowledge of: Clinical terminology, Drug development lifecycle
• Data tracking & reporting (Excel, CRM tools)

Skills & Experience:

• Talent sourcing or recruiting (healthcare or life sciences preferred)
• Clinical research or healthcare industry experience (highly valued) such as Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Trial Managers, Regulatory Affairs Specialists, Pharmacovigilance professionals, Nurses or Physicians

What we offer:

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is for Canada $76k to $100k CAD and for US $78k to $103k plus applicable benefits.
