Salary/Payrate: $110K-$160K annually and AWESOME benefits!!!
Work Environment: Hybrid
Term: Permanent / Fulltime

Job Description:
Established Florida based law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their well-established and highly regarded practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney looking to work with a collaborative team and sophisticated client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including:
- Last Wills & Testaments
- Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
- Powers of Attorney and ancillary documents
- Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish
- Maintain direct client relationships with a high level of professionalism and service
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trusts & estates and estate administration
- LL.M. in Taxation or related field preferred
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, personable, and client-focused with a strong work ethic
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
