Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Location: Miami FL 33131
Salary/Payrate: $150K-$165K annually bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!
Work Environment: Hybrid (1 day WFH)
Term: Permanent / Fulltime
Florida License to practice required: Yes
Minimum Billable hour requirement: 1,840
Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts in a collaborative team setting. They are seeking a colleague who has made the decision to pursue a career in business litigation, is confident and comfortable presenting legal arguments in writing and in court if there is an interest in appearing in court, dedicated to the legal profession, and determined to be an effective and ethical advocate for our clients and a colleague at work.
Qualified applicants should have:
- Strong writing, research and analytical skills and the requisite academic credentials;
- An interest in a scholarly and collaborative approach to the law and a desire to learn;
- A commitment to developing legal skills and creating the best work product possible on behalf of our clients; and
- Membership in the Florida Bar.
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
