Job Title: Field Sales Representative (aka: Territory Brand Representative)Responsibilities:Ability to perform all essential responsibilities for Field Sales Representative to include:Visit customers to service/advise on vendor products and perform sales and support services in assigned storesTravel to customer locations, servicing vendor products and maintain product displaysReceive and respond to customer inquiries, answering customer questionsProvide new product information including receiving customer feedback regarding vendor products and servicesSupport and provide product knowledge to customers by demonstrating equipment/products and providing product application trainingResolve customer complaints and customer/vendor differences in a timely mannerFacilitate sales, marketing and promotional campaigns by acquainting accounts with the latest sales techniques.Assist with placing special ordersPlace items on shelving units according to the plan-o-gramManage and maintain inventory levels, make adjustments as requiredReport weekly summary of hours, location and sales impact atComply with all AMS and Customer policies and proceduresPerform other related duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Travel required which may include overnight staysAbility to work varied hours/days as business dictates is required, including weekendsMust be Microsoft Office proficientExcellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills requiredProvide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (must meet company’s minimum requirements)Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendorsHS diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredRequired to lift up to 50 , this may include lifting weight above shoulders as neededFrequent standing, bending and twisting required2 years of vendor sales experience preferred1 year of field sales/customer service experience preferredBilingual speaking a plus (Spanish)Benefits:Vehicle Reimbursement ProgramMedical, dental and vision plansPaid holidays and PTOCompany equipmentComprehensive compensation for travel (hotel and meals) and cell phoneCompany DescriptionAMS Retail Solutions was founded in 1999 as a small vendor representation team dedicated to increasing sales for one client.
