Position Overview
The Account Executive plays a key role in driving revenue by converting inbound leads into sales, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who is goal-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with customers to find solutions that fit their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as single point of contact (SME) for assigned customer opportunities
- Guide customers through equipment downtime with urgency and expertise
- Manage approximately 50 opportunities per week
- Generate quotes presenting new, used, and rebuilt options
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Hand off closed orders to Customer Support for fulfillment
- Nurture customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Maintain accurate records in NetSuite CRM
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently managing ~50 active opportunities per week
- Building a sustainable book of business with returning customers
- Hitting gross profit margin targets while maintaining quote turnaround
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B inside sales experience (preferably in an industrial, construction, or partsrelated environment).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and drive measurable results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Proactive and competitive mindset with a drive to win deals and grow revenue.
- High energy, positive attitude, and selfmotivation in a fastpaced environment.
- Organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), phone, and email to manage daily sales activity.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Familiarity with NetSuite CRM.
- Experience selling to customers in construction, equipment, or heavy parts industries.
- Understanding of consultative or solutionbased selling techniques.
