We have the following opening available for an Evening Shift Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH Automotive Lighting facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and leadership in our Packaging Department during the 2nd hour (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Collaborate closely with area supervisors, 1st and 3rd shift production personnel, managers, and engineers to address personnel and technical concerns, resolve issues, and drive positive results
- Primary responsibility to ensure operational safety, quality standards, and production output targets are achieved
- Provide daily feedback to management concerning operational performance and opportunities
- Responsible for ensuring compliance of operational standards and safety procedures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
What we look for:
- An associate’s Degree or a bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is desirable
- A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must
- Strong Knowledge of MS tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people development skills are essential for this position
