We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing Commercial Cleaning company. This leadership role is ideal for candidates with a strong supervisory background, especially in fast-paced janitorial or commercial cleaning environments.
This position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
- Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring quality service and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Handle customer communication, including inquiries and complaint resolution, with professionalism and urgency.
- Analyze operations and staffing needs to identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions.
Requirements-
- Clean criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minor moving violations generally acceptable)
- Proven experience in cleaning services operations or facility management
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
