What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Plumbing Service Coordinator position at AMS of Denver?

· Monitor the active schedule throughout the day and make adjustments as conditions change.
· Review service calls for complete information and follow up on open items, return visits, parts needs, and customer commitments.
· Coordinate with estimating, sales, accounting, and other AMS departments when service work requires additional support or follow-through.
· Maintain positive working relationships with customers, technicians, vendors, managers, and coworkers.
· Help resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when management support is needed.
